He knows the anxiety of empty chairs and the feeling of a fully booked Saturday. He understands what motivates barbershop owners and what gets in their way, because he lived it.
But understanding the shop floor was only half of what was needed. The other half was understanding how digital marketing actually gets delivered, not in theory, but in practice.
